Greetings! Pardon me if I am too bold.. but I was so excited to share an item I spotted, yet found no place in which to post it.. So I decided to create a thread for sharing favourite items, newly acquired treasures, outfit coordinations, adornments, and accoutrements! :-) Here are some adorable shoes I spotted, today: I found them here

Bows upon bows upon bows! And such a delicate color! No, you are not too forward to create such a lovely thread as this. Sharing kawaii finds is *ideal*.

Here is something I bought in Japan. They "customize" regular shoes to be beribboned! A charming thing about this is that you can get this sort of thing in ¥100 stores in Japan. Looking kawaii is not a minority interest or a specialized area, but a daily concern of most girls. And, of course, in Japan "regular shoes" means shoes - not canvas monstrosities intended for perspirational activities.

Oh oh oh! I LOVE the shoe ribbons! Heee...and those are within my price range. Sadly, the shoes, while gorgeous, are not!
I wonder if a creative girl could make such decorations with ordinary ribbon!

It has to be quite sturdy ribbon - not the hair kind.
I think the most difficult bit would be finding the clips to clip them onto the shoes.
Of course, if you already had the clips, you could refurbish old ones with new ribbons!

Shoe clip blanks are a craft supply readily available online at English-speaking craft stores.

Cure Ocha, I just adore bows upon bows upon bows, haha!!
Cure Dolly, those clip-on bows are adorable!! Also, that is rather charming that looking kawaii is important and accessible in Japan. Also, the monstrosities that you mentioned, really shouldn't be considered shoes!! I have a couple pairs that I have yet to wear but a few times, as part of my employment uniform.. uhhhgk.
Cure Yasashiku, those beautiful shoes are not in my price range, either!! I would love to try to create clip-on bows, though!! I think it is very possible with the right materials, as Cure Dolly and Cure Ocha have mentioned. (^_^)

They really ought to have another name for uniforms that aren't lovely to differentiate them from proper uniforms, I think. Or better yet, just make them all lovely like they ought to be. It could only improve morale!

Ohh, Cure Ocha, I agree completely!!! I am in the medical profession and the so-called uniforms of the modern era are no where near as beautiful and proper as they once were and could be!I really think it would improve morale, Cure Ocha!
